1. Butt welding flange with neck It is more commonly used in our high-pressure equipment and pipelines, which are made of copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and other metals. Neck flange welding is commonly referred to as a "high hub" flange. The purpose is to transfer the pressure of the pipeline, thereby reducing the high stress concentration in the flange base. Neck flange welding is designed to weld those flanges that are currently provided due to their inherent structural value. This is expensive because of the design. 2. Flat welding flange with neck Flat-welded flanges are suitable for the connection of steel pipes with a nominal pressure not exceeding 2.5MPa. The sealing surface of flat-welded flanges can be made into three types: smooth, concave-convex and tongue-and-groove. Application of smooth flat-welded flanges. Multi-purpose In the case of relatively mild media conditions, such as low-pressure non-purified compressed air, low-pressure circulating water. The neck height is low, and its rigidity and load-bearing capacity are improved.
